To facilitate passengers and meet travel demand during the festive season, Western Railway will operate a special fare special train between Bandra Terminus and Bhavnagar. According to a press release, the details of this train are as follows. Train number 09209/09210 Bandra Terminus – Bhavnagar Special (2 trips) and Train number 09209 Bandra Terminus – Bhavnagar Special will depart from Bandra Terminus at 13:50 on Saturday, 30 August 2025 and arrive at Bhavnagar at 04:30 the next day. Similarly, Train number 09210 Bhavnagar-Bandra Terminus Special will depart from Bhavnagar at 20:20 on Friday, 29 August 2025 and arrive at Bandra Terminus at 10:20 the next day.
This train will stop in both directions at Borivali, Palghar, Vapi, Valsad, Navsari, Surat, Bharuch, Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Viramgam, Surendranagar Gate, Botad, Dhola, Songadh, Sihor Gujarat, and Bhavnagar Para stations. This train will have AC 2 Tier, AC-3 Tier, AC-3 Tier (Economy), Sleeper Class, and Second Class general coaches.
Booking for Train numbers 09209 and 09210 will start from 24 August 2025 at PRS counters and on the IRCTC website. For detailed information about train stoppages, timings, and composition, passengers may please check www.enquiry.indianrail.gov.in.
