Recently, 4 customized quay cranes for the first phase of the “Integrated Waste Management Facility” in Hong Kong were shipped from the Changxing branch company. These cranes assist in the world’s first integrated construction waste treatment and power generation project. These quay cranes are currently the smallest in the world.
The quay crane has a total rated load of 25.5 tons, an outreach of 22.5 meters with no back reach, a lifting height of 11 meters above the rail, and 6.5 meters below the rail. The model uses a semi-circular large beam and a full-tube portal frame structure system developed by the company. Its unique configuration combines low wind resistance and lightweight design, significantly optimizing the total weight and operational resistance of the machine, effectively reducing energy consumption and carbon emissions. Additionally, its equipped self-loading trolley integrates advanced independent dual-drive dual-drum tilting functions, providing the equipment with excellent dynamic response capabilities and precise control,
