The Municipality of Medina Region launched a resident satisfaction survey on municipal services under the slogan “Your Opinion is Heard,” inviting residents and visitors to participate in the evaluation to contribute to service development and quality of life improvement. The survey aims to measure customer satisfaction with municipal services, identify opportunities for improvement, and enhance community participation in service development and data-driven decision-making. The survey includes seven main axes: quality of life, urban landscape, public cleanliness, pest control, road quality, public facilities, and communication channels, contributing to raising service efficiency and improving customer experience. The municipality clarified that the survey results will be analyzed to prepare reports and indicators that support continuous improvement and contribute to developing municipal services, enhancing digital governance, and automating procedures according to the municipality’s goals and vision toward more efficient and higher quality services. The municipality emphasized its commitment to ensuring the evaluation covers various aspects of the service, including service quality, ease of access, and beneficiary experience, in addition to providing space for suggestions and observations that represent an important resource for future development processes. It explained that participating in the survey takes no more than five minutes, inviting everyone to contribute their opinions and observations via the following link: (http://www.amana-md.gov.sa/s/8).

Medina

Medina, in Saudi Arabia, is the second holiest city in Islam, after Mecca. It is renowned as the final resting place of the Prophet Muhammad, who fled there from Mecca in 622 CE—an event known as the Hijra that marks the beginning of the Islamic calendar. The city’s Al-Masjid an-Nabawi (the Prophet’s Mosque), built on the site of Muhammad’s home, is a major pilgrimage destination for Muslims worldwide.
