The Commander of Kodim 0508/Depok, Colonel Infantry (Inf) Ginanjar Wahyutomo, directly led the handover ceremony for three officers and released nine personnel entering retirement at the Kodim 0508/Depok headquarters.

This internal rotation was emphasized as part of an integrated career development plan and a tactical regeneration step within the Indonesian Army to address future regional challenges.

The shift of command and technical staff positions within Kodim Depok this time targeted three officers, with new assignments detailed as follows:

  • Major Inf Dwi Pamuji: Officially assigned to take command as the Commander of Rayon Military Command (Danramil) 05/Sawangan.

  • Major Czi Mooch Ahmad Fauzi: Ended his term at Kodim Depok to move on as a Middle Officer (Pamen) at Kodam Jaya/Jayakarta.

  • Captain Inf Edi: Officially took the strategic internal position as Personnel Section Officer (Pasi Pers) of Kodim 0508/Depok.

“The handover is a common dynamic variable in military organizations. It is a tactical refresh instrument so the unit remains adaptive and ready to execute every operational order optimally,” emphasized Colonel Inf Ginanjar Wahyutomo.

Highest Appreciation for Nine Retiring Personnel

Alongside the handover ceremony, Kodim 0508/Depok management held a special release tradition for nine soldiers who officially ended their active service. This event was designed as a form of command respect for the loyalty track record shown under the Army flag.

As a tangible appreciation, the Commander along with the Chairperson of Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana Branch XXII Kodim 0508/Depok, Puri Ginanjar, presented honorary souvenirs to the rotating officers and retiring personnel.
