“BFI Finance Supports SME Growth in Tangerang Through 2025 Expo”
Financing company PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFI Finance) is making efforts to help small and medium enterprises (SMEs) elevate their businesses to strengthen the national economy through the BFI Finance Week #BFISupportsLocalBusiness.
This event, which includes business training and a creative bazaar, is being held at Tangcity Mall, Tangerang City, from August 7 to 10, 2025.
The General Manager of BFI Finance for the Jabodetabek region explained that BFI Finance Week is a tangible form of support for entrepreneurs, whether they are just starting out or expanding their businesses.
“As a financial sector partner for the community, we are committed to contributing to the growth of these entrepreneurs, helping them sustain long-term business operations,” he said during the opening.
Not only is it a platform for knowledge-sharing, but the training also provides consultation sessions and direct networking opportunities among business owners.
In collaboration with the Tangan Di Atas (TDA) Entrepreneur Community of Greater Tangerang and the Greater Tangerang SME Community, the event features dozens of diverse SME bazaar stalls open to the public, including food, clothing and accessories, cosmetics, and other interesting products.
“SMEs are the backbone of Indonesia’s economy. We must provide them with better access to business capital, networking opportunities, and market expansion,” the General Manager stated.
He further explained that BFI Finance currently manages over 50,000 working capital loan contracts in Jabodetabek, with a total value of around Rp4 trillion. This accounts for approximately 28% of BFI’s total working capital loan contracts nationwide.
“Nationally, we have nearly 500,000 loan contracts with a total financing value of Rp26 trillion,” he added.
During the event, participants and visitors can also visit financing and business capital consultation booths throughout BFI Finance Week.
At these booths, SMEs and the general public can directly inquire about financing services for working capital, investment, and multipurpose loans from BFI Finance representatives. They can also learn about household and business micro-financial management before choosing the right financing product.
With competitive interest rates and flexible tenors, BFI Finance offers various financing products, including loans secured by vehicles and property, machinery and heavy equipment invoice financing, and used car loans.
To assist aspiring entrepreneurs, BFI Finance is also offering cashback promotions for its BFI Dana Express Mobil, BFI Dana Express Motor, and BFI Dana Griya products.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Industry, Trade, Cooperative, and SME Office of Tangerang City appreciated BFI Finance’s initiative in supporting and collaborating with SMEs.
He also expressed hope for future mentorship and coaching programs for SMEs.
“We continue to encourage collaborations like this to expand. However, we hope it’s not just about financing but also SME coaching to help them reach broader markets,” he said.
