Thiên Lộc Commune: Breaks Ground and Inaugurates 4 Projects with Total Investment of 315 Billion VND
On August 8, the Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, and Fatherland Front of Thien Loc commune held groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies for four projects with a total investment of 315 billion VND.
This is part of a series of events organized until the end of 2025 to celebrate significant national, municipal, and communal milestones, fostering a joyful atmosphere among residents and reflecting pride and optimism for the new term of the local Party and government.
Among the four projects inaugurated or launched today, two were completed: the road connecting Van Noi – Kim Chung to Hoang Sa Street and the Hau Duong Bridge.
The first project, the 1.6 km road connecting Van Noi – Kim Chung to Hoang Sa Street, has a width of 17.5 meters and required the acquisition of 2.8 hectares of mostly agricultural land, affecting 80 households. The total investment was 32 billion VND. The project was approved by the former Dong Anh District People’s Committee on August 20, 2020, and later confirmed on June 8, 2021.
The second project, the Hau Duong Bridge, has a cross-section width of 21.25 meters, a length of 23.3 meters, an 11.25-meter-wide roadway, and 5-meter-wide sidewalks on each side. The total investment was 34 billion VND. It was approved on September 14, 2021, and later confirmed on February 2, 2023.

Two other projects were launched today: the construction of technical infrastructure in the northeast of Mach Lung village and the road leading to Vong La Secondary School. Both projects have completed contractor selection and site clearance, with residents cooperating to facilitate early land handover.

Vong La Secondary School is a public educational institution located in Vong La Village, Đông Anh District, Hanoi, Vietnam.
