Hyderabad, The winners of the Art for Life painting competition organized by the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) were honored. This competition was held under the state government’s 99-day Praja Palana-Pragati Pranalika program.

According to a press release issued by the corporation, the competition was conducted on May 9 at the corporation’s art building, where artists showcased their creative talent on social themes such as road safety and accident prevention.

At Bus Bhavan, the Managing Director of the corporation, Y. Nagi Reddy, awarded the first prize (20 thousand rupees) to K. Bharath, the second prize (10 thousand rupees) to V. Durga Rao, and the third prize (5 thousand rupees) to S. Sampath Kumar.

It was reported that 35 artists participated in the painting category and 21 participants in the sketching category. Additionally, several artists showcased their talent in the handicraft category. On this occasion, Executive Directors K. Shah Khan, C.H. Venkanna, Hyderabad Regional Manager Sudha Parimala, senior cardiologist Dr. A. Srinivas Kumar, and other officials were present.
