A “Hub City · Jinshang Hui” event was held on May 25 in Jiangjin District, Chongqing. Three industrial parks—Jiangjin Degan Industrial Park, Chongqing Hub Port Industrial Park, and Baisha Industrial Park—simultaneously held project signing and matching activities. A total of six green and intelligent projects were signed, which are expected to generate an additional annual output value of over 200 million yuan and additional tax revenue of over 4 million yuan after reaching full production.

The signed projects cover areas such as high-end mold steel, new composite materials, core automotive and motorcycle components, and recycling of renewable resources. “Green” and “intelligent” are the common themes of these projects, effectively filling key links in the industrial chain.

In Jiangjin Degan Industrial Park, a project for producing 10,000 tons of mold steel annually was signed. The project has a total investment of 10 million yuan, with an expected annual output value of 20 million yuan and annual tax revenue of 100,000 yuan. It will adopt intelligent processing and green production techniques to build a high-end mold steel deep processing production line, creating a green and intelligent precision steel processing and production base.

Also in Degan Industrial Park, a project for producing roof light-transmitting materials was signed, adding new strength to the park’s precision steel and green building materials sectors. This project has a total investment of 50 million yuan, with an expected annual output value of 50 million yuan and annual tax revenue of 300,000 yuan. It will build a production line for new roof light-transmitting materials, forming large-scale production capacity and creating a green, environmentally friendly, and efficient intelligent new building materials production base.

In Chongqing Hub Port Industrial Park, the automotive and motorcycle industry chain gained new momentum. Three projects—from Chongqing Chuandi Shock Absorber Co., Ltd., Chongqing Kunlong New Materials Co., Ltd., and Chongqing Luopu Nano Technology Co., Ltd.—were signed to enter standard factory buildings, with a total signed area exceeding 11,000 square meters. Covering shock absorbers, body panels, and modified materials, these projects precisely integrate into the “half-hour supporting circle” for automotive and motorcycle production.

The three projects target key supporting links: shock absorbers, body panels, and high-performance modified materials, forming close collaboration with existing motorcycle assembly and parts companies in Chongqing Hub Port Industrial Park.

In Baisha Industrial Park, Chongqing Yanling Renewable Resources Comprehensive Utilization Co., Ltd. officially settled in. The company focuses on the entire chain of recycling, intelligent sorting, green disposal, and resource utilization of renewable plastics, specializing in intelligent sorting, washing, crushing, purification, and modification of waste plastics, transforming plastic waste from “urban garbage” into “urban mines.” The project introduces AI intelligent sorting, spectral recognition, automated production lines, and digital control platforms to achieve automatic classification, precise sorting, and color and material separation of waste plastics, improving efficiency by three times. The process features fully enclosed dust removal, water recycling, zero wastewater discharge, and full utilization of solid waste.

As a landmark platform for efficient government-enterprise matching and rapid project implementation in Jiangjin, “Hub City · Jinshang Hui” has successfully held 11 sessions since its launch, with over 20 projects signed and total agreed investment exceeding 7 billion yuan.
