The local government is making several preparations ahead of the long Idul Adha 1447 Hijriah holiday this week.

The regent stated that the Lembang area remains a top tourist destination.

“I visited several locations to monitor the preparations because this will be a long holiday,” he said on Monday (May 25, 2026).

He added that they will coordinate with the Cimahi Police regarding traffic management when vehicle volumes to Lembang increase.

“We have coordinated with the police on their readiness, whether traffic engineering is possible because it will be very crowded,” he said.

“In addition, we are also coordinating with the Transportation Agency and the Civil Service Police Unit to ensure tourists can vacation peacefully,” he added.

Furthermore, he said the increase in tourists to the region will begin on Thursday (May 28, 2026).

“This increase in tourist visits is also good for West Bandung because of the many favorite locations. So tourists are interested in vacationing here,” he said.

Based on the review, the managers in the area, especially the Lembang region, are ready to receive tourist visits.

“The readiness is quite good in various aspects. But I urge tourists to always be alert to potential disasters,” he concluded.
