Doctor Pham Minh Truong – husband of Doctor Nguyen Linh Thuy – spoke up under the public apology post of singer Trung Quan Idol. His share attracted attention as it showed the doctor’s protection of his family.

On the evening of April 23, Doctor Pham Minh Truong – husband of Doctor Nguyen Linh Thuy – commented under a public apology post on Facebook (unverified) regarding the assault on Doctor Linh Thuy.

This comment quickly attracted the attention of the online community.

Doctor Pham Minh Truong wrote: “No one is perfect; everyone makes mistakes while alive. But the important thing is to recognize mistakes and correct them, to become better day by day.”

He also emphasized that attacking women or vulnerable people under any circumstances is unacceptable, as it could lead to trouble for the victim or their family.

“I am a man, and I am responsible for protecting my family. The feeling of a man when his wife and children are hurt, when his family suffers, is something I believe you do not want to experience. I do not want to experience it, and no one wants to experience it, because it is terrible.

If my wife hurts one, I hurt ten. If my wife is panicked one, I am angry ten. Because it creates a feeling that I cannot protect my wife, cannot protect my family.

I think all other men would act similarly when faced with this story,” Doctor Pham Minh Truong shared.

However, Doctor Pham Minh Truong stated that at this point, his wife’s wish is to forgive singer Trung Quan, and he respects that decision.

“I hope this is also a lesson for you to learn how to respect others, as a way to respect yourself and your profession,” Doctor Pham Minh Truong wrote.

Afterward, Trung Quan Idol also left a comment thanking him and expressed a desire to meet Doctor Pham Minh Truong in person to offer his apologies.
