It is forecasted that from 8:00 AM on April 23 to 8:00 AM on April 24, parts of southeastern Guangxi, southern Guangdong, and southeastern Fujian will experience heavy to torrential rain, with some areas in southwestern Guangdong facing extremely heavy rain (100–130 mm). These areas may also see short-duration heavy rainfall (maximum hourly rainfall of 20–40 mm, locally exceeding 50 mm), along with localized thunderstorms, strong winds, and other severe convective weather.
