The General Directorate of Taxes announced today the extension of the deadline for subscribing to the annual results declarations (Series G No. 4 and Series G No. 11) and their annexes.
The Tax Directorate clarified that the extension decision also concerns the annual declaration of salaries and wages (Series G No. 29) related to the year 2025, until Tuesday, June 30, 2026.
The General Directorate of Taxes confirmed that this extension includes the deadline for the electronic subscription of the annual transfer pricing declaration, as stipulated in Article 151 bis 2 of the Direct Taxes and Similar Levies Code.
The subscription deadline for the annual income declaration (Series G No. 1) related to the year 2025 has also been extended until Thursday, July 30, 2026.
