MGK Serang Housing Estate was crowned first place winner in the Affordable House Development category for developers with established businesses at the BTN Housingpreneur 2025 event at JICC, Senayan.

PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk announced the winners of BTN Housingpreneur 2025 during the closing ceremony of the BTN Expo 2026 held at the Jakarta International Convention Center (JICC), Senayan.

From a total of 1,170 submissions received since October 2025, only 58 innovators were selected as award recipients after a series of selection stages.

One of the winners is from Banten. PT Infiniti Triniti Jaya, through its Mulia Gading Kencana (MGK) Serang Housing Estate project, was crowned first place winner in the Affordable House Development category for the group of developers with established businesses.

The second and third positions in that category were taken by developers from Karawang, West Java, and Lumajang, East Java.

The company’s Director stated that this award is a recognition of the company’s work in the affordable housing sector.

“Once again, we are grateful to God for the various awards we have received. At the beginning of this year, we feel very honored that Bank Tabungan Negara selected us as the first-place winner for the Affordable Housing Developer with an Established Business category across Indonesia,” the Director said after receiving the award.

BTN Housingpreneur 2025 is a competition for innovation in the housing sector involving developers and business actors from various regions.

The selection process was carried out in stages, starting from administrative assessment, live pitching presentations, to final judging by an independent panel of judges.

The Director added that this award is an encouragement for the company to continue developing affordable housing.

“This award serves as motivation and proof of management’s commitment and employee dedication to building a good culture within the company, which has successfully resulted in building the best subsidized housing,” they said.

The MGK Serang Housing Estate is developed with the concept of affordable housing that carries a number of innovations.

The area has obtained a Green Building certificate with a main predicate, both in the planning and construction implementation phases.

Several aspects assessed include air circulation, the use of environmentally friendly materials, utilization of solar energy, a bio septic tank system, as well as the presence of green open spaces and an absorption lake.

The Director of BTN stated that BTN Housingpreneur is held to gather ideas and breakthroughs in the housing sector.

According to them, innovation is one of the important factors in addressing the challenges of housing provision.

“We see numerous product and technology innovations being carried out in the housing sector. These startups need to be given a platform so they can be seen widely by the public, enabling many things to become more effective and efficient,” they said.

A Deputy Minister assessed that this event provides a space for business actors to contribute to the development of the national housing ecosystem.

They stated that forums like this are relevant amidst the problem of imbalance between housing needs and availability.

“I am proud and happy to be among young startups who care about the housing sector,” they concluded.
