Rital Urban Development Company announced that it has received an award letter from the National Housing Company for a project in the Fursan suburb in Area 3 of Riyadh, which aims to develop 4,839 residential units (villas/apartments), in addition to implementing the project’s infrastructure, with an estimated value of 5.2 billion riyals.
The project will be implemented on a land plot of approximately one million square meters. Any substantial developments in this regard will be announced later.
The project includes the design, marketing, financing, construction, completion, and delivery of residential units in villa and apartment building areas, in addition to implementing and operating the commercial components of the project and executing the internal infrastructure within the master plan of the main project.
