BEKASI CITY – The Regional Regulation Formation Agency (Bapemperda) of Bekasi City Council announced it can complete the ratification of 11 Draft Regional Regulations (Raperda) into Regional Regulations (Perda) throughout 2025.
“Overall, out of the 11 proposed Draft Regional Regulations, 9 have already been completed and enacted as Regional Regulations,” stated the Chairman of the Regional Regulation Formation Agency of Bekasi City Council.
Currently, the agency is discussing the Draft Regional Regulation on Capital Participation in Regionally-Owned Enterprises and the pure 2026 Regional Budget Draft Regulation.
“Now we only need to discuss the Draft Regional Regulation on Capital Participation in Regionally-Owned Enterprises and the pure 2026 Regional Budget Draft Regulation. The 2026 Regional Budget Draft Regulation will be ratified on November 27, while the Draft Regulation on Capital Participation in Regionally-Owned Enterprises will be completed on December 15.”
