Bekasi City – In an effort to enhance public understanding and participation in the NTPD Patriot Siaga 112 emergency service, the Bekasi City Government organized an Emergency Service 112 Dissemination activity at the Pondokgede District Office in Bekasi City.

The event was attended by neighborhood association representatives, community self-reliance agencies, and local area officials.

“We fully support this emergency service 112 dissemination activity. Through such socialization, the public can better understand the importance of rapid response services for various emergency situations, while also learning the procedures for using them. It is hoped that this service can be optimally utilized to help residents in need of quick and appropriate assistance,” stated the official.

Also present was the Head of Public Information and Communication, who explained that the 112 Service is a tangible manifestation of the Bekasi City Government’s commitment to providing security and rapid response for the community in facing emergency situations.

“This 112 Service exists as a concrete form of the Bekasi City Government’s attention to the safety and comfort of its residents. Through this service, the public can access free, fast, and integrated emergency assistance for fires, accidents, ambulance services, or criminal acts. All incoming reports will be immediately forwarded to relevant agencies for prompt handling,” explained the official.

With the implementation of this dissemination activity, it is expected that the public will increasingly understand and be prepared to wisely and appropriately utilize the 112 emergency service.

For information, the NTPD Patriot Siaga 112 Service can be contacted for free 24 hours via landline or mobile phone without needing to dial an area code. The public is advised to use this service only for genuine emergency situations that require immediate handling.
