Bangalore Child Kidnapped: Bangalore police successfully rescued a 40-day-old baby who was kidnapped and handed it over to her parents. It was revealed that a woman stole the newborn from the house in Kalasipalya area. Police swung into action after receiving the information and conducted a search operation in the nearby areas of Shivajinagar and Kolar.
The child’s maternal grandparents informed the Kalasipalya police that she had come to visit her parents and was sleeping. Suddenly, she was abducted by a woman when she was out to fetch water. She was found when the woman attempted to flee with the baby.
Police Arrested the Suspect
After receiving the information, the police alerted all control rooms, and this created a stir among all Bangalore police stations. Later in the afternoon, a woman was seen on the road with a baby, which was not hers. The police questioned the woman about the baby, to which she hesitated and gave vague answers. When pressurized, she confessed to having stolen someone else’s child and the police arrested her.
The rapid response of the police ensured the swift rescue of the kidnapped child. It reassures public faith and shows the commitment of the investigatory team.
