The BBMP Road Pothole Attention (Fix Pothole) Application allows reporting pothole and road repair complaints on your street.

This app provides an end-to-end process for addressing citizen requests.

Bangalore citizens can:
– Report a civic amenity issue with a photo (geo-tagged)
– Submit requests with registration
– View their requests for the latest updates along with details.

BBMP Officials interface:
– Geo-tagged requests are automatically mapped to the ward official
– The concerned official gets notified with location and details upon request submission
– All officers in the department can view the complaint dashboard and take necessary action
– Upon resolving the problem, the official updates with remarks and a photo (where applicable)
– Monitor all requests and drive actions
– An officer can transfer a request to another ward or department
– All field updates are captured with GPS coordinates and photos, available through various MIS reports for

BBMP stands for Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike, the municipal corporation responsible for the administration of Bangalore, India.
