The rehabilitation process for the Harmony Family Learning Center (Puspaga Harmoni) Building in Depok City has been officially completed. The work, carried out by the Depok City Housing and Settlements Office (Disrumkim), had a budget of approximately Rp1.2 billion and was finished on target within 120 calendar days.

It was explained that the repairs focused on spatial arrangement, roof repairs, and updating the building’s appearance to make the service atmosphere for the public feel more comfortable and representative.

“All work was completed on time. A Provisional Hand Over (PHO) was also conducted in early October 2025. The entire process proceeded smoothly according to plan,” it was stated.

It was added that this building update was performed to ensure the Harmony Puspaga can once again function optimally as a location for family counseling and development.

“It is hoped that this facility can be used to its fullest potential. The building’s new appearance is expected to further support friendly and quality services,” it was said.

Furthermore, it was explained that the changes were not only structural but also functional. The space was rearranged into several new areas such as a counseling room, waiting room, lactation room, and reception area.

In addition, supporting facilities like the electrical network, water supply, and restrooms have now been separated from other units occupying the same building, namely the Non-Formal School Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD SNF) of the Depok City Education Office.

“Previously, some facilities were still shared. Now we have made them separate so that each unit has its own area. A boundary fence was also added to create a more organized and comfortable environment,” it was clarified.

Moreover, it was revealed that one of the interesting new elements from this rehabilitation is the presence of brightly colored murals on several room walls.

“The interior design was adapted to the character of the service, which is child-friendly and calming. Collaboration was also done with a local mural community in Depok to make the results more lively and enjoyable,” it was concluded.

With the completion of this rehabilitation, the Harmony Puspaga Building now presents a new face—more comfortable, more aesthetic, and ready to provide the best service for families in Depok City.
