On the morning of June 17, Chairman Nguyễn Văn Được attended a meeting to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the establishment of District 1 and to review the district-level operational model.
There, Mr. Được provided directions to prepare for the end of the district activities, the merger with provinces, and the construction of a two-tier local government.
