On April 23, Can Gio Tourism Urban Development Joint Stock Company – the investor of the Vinhomes Green Paradise project – and IHG Hotels & Resorts (IHG), a world-leading hotel management group, signed a cooperation agreement.

Under the agreement, IHG will develop 4 hotels with over 1,000 rooms at the Vinhomes Green Paradise Can Gio coastal urban area, including InterContinental Saigon Can Gio with 400 rooms, Crowne Plaza Saigon Can Gio with 400 rooms, Holiday Inn Express Saigon Can Gio with 130 rooms, and Garner Saigon Can Gio with 130 rooms.

Among them, InterContinental Saigon Can Gio, a world-leading luxury hotel brand, brings high-end resort standards targeting international guests and domestic customers seeking high-quality accommodation.

Crowne Plaza Saigon Can Gio, one of the world’s largest upscale hotel brands, targets frequent travelers with modern resort needs and flexibly designed spaces to optimize work efficiency and enhance connectivity.

Holiday Inn Express Saigon Can Gio and Garner Saigon Can Gio add quality, efficient accommodation options focused on value for use, thereby expanding the destination’s accessibility to diverse customer groups. This is also the first time these two brands have officially appeared in the Vietnamese market.

According to the schedule, Holiday Inn Express Saigon Can Gio and Garner Saigon Can Gio are expected to operate from 2028, followed by InterContinental Saigon Can Gio and Crowne Plaza Saigon Can Gio operating in 2030.

In this cooperation, Vinpearl, a member unit of Vingroup, plays the role of managing and directly implementing the cooperation with IHG Hotels & Resorts, while coordinating with other parties in the project development and operation process.

Along with the Vinpearl brand, the presence of 4 hotels under the premium IHG system contributes to realizing a chain of 7,000 rooms at Vinhomes Green Paradise Can Gio, meeting the demand for long-stay, multi-experience tourism year-round in Can Gio specifically and Ho Chi Minh City in general.

Alongside that, high-end entertainment and resort facilities exclusive to Vinhomes Green Paradise Can Gio, such as the 122-hectare VinWonders theme park featuring an artificial snow mountain and nearly 200 games, the 5,000-seat Song Xanh Theater, the over 800-hectare Paradise Lagoon sea lake, the 5-star international Landmark Harbour port, and 2 international standard 18-hole golf courses, will help make Can Gio an international-level tourism and resort hub.

These facilities bring Vinhomes Green Paradise Can Gio closer to its goal of welcoming 40 million visitors per year, rivaling famous tourist cities in Vietnam and the world.
