On the morning of August 24, Ba Dinh Ward implemented preparatory work to serve residents watching the second combined military parade rehearsal, with the participation of 1,500 people.
To ensure the service work is effective, nearly 500 officials, public servants, and employees, along with nearly 1,000 youth volunteers, were mobilized. Starting at 10:00 AM on August 24, the Ba Dinh Ward People’s Committee distributed service items such as lanyards, shirts, snack containers, trash bags, and gloves to the entire support force.
To serve the public, the ward prepared a large quantity of essential supplies, including 5,000 raincoats, 5,000 chairs, 5,000 bottles of water, 2,000 portions of bread, and 2,000 portions of dry rations. Additionally, the Organizing Committee also prepared 2,000 main meals and 2,000 light meals for the support force.

The ward also arranged 27 service points for the public, specifically: Kim Ma Street (2 points), Nguyen Thai Hoc Street (9 points), Giang Van Minh Street (2 points), Doi Can Street (3 points), Ngoc Ha Street (5 points), Le Hong Phong Road (2 points), and Tran Phu Road (2 points).
Among these, the point at 61 Tran Phu Road, which is predicted to have the largest number of residents watching the parade, will be arranged with nearly 70 support personnel from Ba Dinh Ward to serve approximately 8,000 to 10,000 people in the area.

Regarding public support activities, Ba Dinh Ward will distribute chairs, raincoats, food, and drinking water to residents, especially the elderly, children, and veterans; coordinate with the Environmental Company to collect trash after the combined rehearsals, preliminary, and final rehearsals; simultaneously, the points are also required to regularly report on security, safety, and any arising issues.
By 12:00 PM on August 24, the points will arrange their forces and complete the setup of the service points. After the points are stabilized in their locations, the service and logistics teams will distribute essential supplies such as chairs (100 chairs per point)
