Riyadh Regional Police have initiated an investigation into an incident where an individual appeared in a video assaulting a vehicle driver and his companion with a bladed weapon in a residential neighborhood, and seizing their possessions.
Public Security clarified that legal procedures are being completed regarding the suspect.
