Riyadh Regional Police responded to a report from a woman about being assaulted by two men and four women; all suspects have been arrested.
General Security confirmed that investigation procedures revealed prior acquaintance between the complainant and the accused women.
The accused were detained, legal procedures were taken against them, and they were referred to the Public Prosecution.
