On-site property registration begins for 3.2 thousand properties in Al-Yasmin neighborhood, Hail

The Real Estate Authority announced the start of on-site property registration for 10 thousand properties in 56 neighborhoods in Riyadh region, 27.4 thousand properties in 52 neighborhoods in Qassim region, and 4.1 thousand properties in 7 neighborhoods in Eastern Province, starting next Sunday October 12, 2025 until the end of January 15, 2026.

Registration for Al-Yasmin neighborhood properties continues until January 8, 2026

In the same context, the Authority has begun receiving initial on-site registration applications for 3.2 thousand properties in Hail region, including Al-Yasmin neighborhood. Property owners within the neighborhood boundaries must register their properties before the end of Thursday, January 8, 2026. Property owners can verify if their property is within the announced areas through the Real Estate Registry platform.

The Authority clarified that neighborhood selection was based on specific criteria, and additional regions, governorates, and neighborhoods subject to on-site property registration across various regions of the Kingdom will be announced successively in upcoming periods.

Initial property registration in these areas and neighborhoods will be available through the platform or service centers. The Authority noted that on-site registration requires a property deed that meets all regulatory requirements to complete the registration process.

The Authority urged property owners in areas subject to on-site registration to verify their property deeds and ensure all necessary requirements are met in preparation for registration. Failure to register properties within the specified period in the announcement decision will expose owners to financial penalties stipulated in the on-site property registration system, determined by a specialized committee for violations. Registration procedures can be inquired about through the Authority’s official platforms or by contacting the customer service center at 199002.

The Authority emphasized that starting from the specified registration date, a “property number” and property registration deed will be issued for each registered property unit. The property registration deed will include property data, descriptions, status, and associated rights and obligations linked to accurate geospatial information, contributing to infrastructure enhancement and real estate sector sustainability. The on-site property registration system aims to increase property reliability and enhance transparency in the real estate sector.
