The National Center for Meteorology warned of moderate to heavy thunder rainfall leading to flash floods accompanied by hail showers today (Monday) in parts of several regions.
The center noted that the conditions are being experienced in parts of the Northern Border, Eastern, Riyadh, Qassim, Hail, Medina, and Mecca regions.
It pointed out that active wind conditions stirring up dust and sand affect parts of these regions, as well as parts of Al-Jouf and Tabuk regions. Rain-bearing thunderclouds are also not ruled out in parts of Al-Baha, Asir, and Jazan regions, especially their eastern parts.
