With the participation of elite farms specialized in falcon production

Riyadh today witnessed the launch of the first event of the Saudi Falcons Club, the “International Falcon Farms Auction,” with the participation of elite farms specialized in falcon production from within the Kingdom and abroad.

The auction offers a comprehensive experience, including specialized auctions and farm pavilions

This year’s auction is expected to attract numerous international farms from Europe, America, and Asia, alongside local farms, reinforcing its status as the world’s largest specialized destination for falcon production farms.

The auction provides a complete experience, featuring specialized auctions, farm pavilions, falcon equipment, and the Future Falconer Pavilion, along with various activities that enrich the knowledge of visitors and enthusiasts in the field of falconry. This enhances the club’s role in knowledge transfer and the development of the falconry sector.

It also attracts the most prominent farms, falconers, and falcon breeders, highlighting the Kingdom’s pioneering role in preserving intangible cultural heritage and strengthening its global presence in this ancient field.

The International Falcon Farms Auction has recorded historic deals in previous years, the most notable being the highest-value sale in its history—a falcon sold for 1.75 million riyals. In 2024, the most expensive deal involved the sale of a falcon (Triple Gyr Falcon – Ultra White) for 400,000 riyals.

The club reflects Saudi Arabia’s deep-rooted connection to falconry, which has been practiced in the region for centuries as both a hunting method and a symbol of prestige.

International Falcon Farms Auction

The International Falcon Farms Auction is a renowned event in the global falconry community, primarily held in the Middle East, where falcons are traded, auctioned, and celebrated. With deep roots in Bedouin and Arab traditions, falconry has been a cherished cultural practice for centuries, and this auction serves as a modern hub for breeders, trainers, and enthusiasts. The event highlights the region’s historical connection to falconry, often featuring high-value transactions and showcasing prized falcons, particularly the peregrine and saker species.

Future Falconer Pavilion

The **Future Falconer Pavilion** is a modern architectural and cultural site designed to celebrate the ancient art of falconry while incorporating futuristic elements. Inspired by traditional falconry practices, the pavilion blends innovative design with interactive exhibits to educate visitors about the history and future of this heritage sport. It serves as both a tribute to falconry’s past and a visionary space exploring its role in conservation and technology.

Triple Gyr Falcon – Ultra White

The “Triple Gyr Falcon – Ultra White” appears to be a modern or artistic concept rather than a well-known historical or cultural site. If it references a specific artwork, sculpture, or symbolic installation, it might represent themes of purity, speed, or avian symbolism, but no widely recognized historical background is associated with it. Additional context would be needed to provide a more accurate summary.
