
The Saudi Public Investment Fund “PIF” has started evaluating proposals received from global companies to win the contract to provide management consulting services for the new Central Business District project located on the outskirts of Riyadh, which includes the development of a giant tower proposed to be up to two kilometers high.
The project management tasks cover both the tower and the surrounding commercial area, where the requests for proposals were issued by the “Tower Area Development Company” affiliated with the fund.
