
The Minister of Finance participated in a roundtable meeting at the American Chamber of Commerce, held on the sidelines of the 2025 Annual Meetings of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank in Washington, D.C.
During the meeting, the Minister highlighted the progress made in the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, which has moved from the planning phase to the implementation phase. He explained that it is proceeding as planned while maintaining the flexibility to respond to global economic developments.
Economic Growth
During the meeting, he emphasized the important role of the private sector as a partner in economic growth through its contribution to development and its provision of numerous job opportunities for citizens.
Concluding his participation, the Minister of Finance confirmed that the United States of America is the Kingdom’s second-largest trading partner, noting that this strategic partnership is continuously expanding to include new and promising horizons.
