
The Minister of Communications and Information Technology met at the White House, in the presence of the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the United States, with the White House Special Advisor on Artificial Intelligence and Digital Assets to enhance the strategic partnership between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United States in the fields of artificial intelligence, technology, and innovation, and to explore opportunities to accelerate the innovation ecosystem and strengthen the leadership of both countries in advanced technologies.
In another meeting, the Minister met at the White House with the Director of the Office of Science and Technology Policy to discuss the development of joint innovation policies, support the modern science and technology ecosystem, and explore promising opportunities to accelerate innovation in future fields.
Meeting with the US Secretary of Commerce
The Minister of Communications and Information Technology met in the American capital, Washington, with the US Secretary of Commerce.
This comes within efforts to enhance partnerships in the fields of the digital economy, artificial intelligence, and advanced technologies.
The meeting discussed prospects for partnership, support for innovation and entrepreneurship, and enabling partnerships between the public and private sectors in both countries, contributing to the enhancement of an integrated digital economic ecosystem that supports sustainable growth and strengthens knowledge and technical exchange between the Kingdom and the United States.
