The Education and Training Evaluation Authority announced the opening of electronic registration for professional license tests for educational job holders, starting from the beginning of next August, as part of its efforts to ensure that the necessary educational and specialized standards for practicing the teaching profession efficiently are met.

Registration for male applicants is scheduled to begin on August 3, while registration for female staff will be available starting from the tenth of the same month through the dedicated digital platform.

The authority set the period from October 15 to 17, 2026, as the date for the specialized test, with the general educational test to be held from November 5 to 7 of the same year, targeting currently employed teachers as well as those wishing to enter the profession.

The tests rely on precise standards to measure the minimum required professional knowledge and skills, where the general educational test covers areas of values, responsibilities, and professional practices, while the specialized test is designed to suit the nature of each applicant’s academic specialization, enhancing the accuracy and reliability of the assessment.

The authority clarified that the registration process is carried out through its electronic portal, by selecting the professional license test and completing the registration steps, which include reviewing the specialization guide, choosing the test location and appropriate date, before finalizing the booking to ensure the application is officially approved.
