The national campaign for the comprehensive national application “Tawakkalna” with its new concept was launched yesterday, as a unified national digital platform that showcases a large number of services benefiting over 34 million citizens, residents, and visitors to the Kingdom in a secure and facilitated manner. This step confirms the success of the digital transformation journey in the Kingdom, where the application enables access to more than 1,000 services currently available through over 250 entities that meet all beneficiaries’ needs by simplifying procedures and processes and enhancing government and private service experiences to achieve the targets of Saudi Vision 2030.

More than 250 government entities are scheduled to promote their services made available through the comprehensive national application “Tawakkalna” through this campaign, which continues until December 31, 2025, highlighting the importance of adopting the “Tawakkalna” application as an additional channel for their services.

The national campaign aims to highlight the digital capabilities provided by the comprehensive national application “Tawakkalna” and the package of services offered by government entities through it, in addition to motivating entities to complete adding their services to the application as a national application that provides comprehensive solutions meeting users’ needs for government and private services, facilitating easy and secure access to them. This confirms the Kingdom’s leadership and excellence in using advanced technologies and optimally employing them to serve humanity.

The comprehensive national application “Tawakkalna” provides access to a wide range of services covering various aspects of daily life, including personal and family services such as: identity and residency services, national address services, family guidance services, and health services such as: viewing vaccinations, medical appointments, and educational services related to learning platforms, schools, and universities, in addition to Hajj and Umrah services, the digital wallet that displays types of cards issued by entities, government inquiries services, transportation, events, tickets, and more.

Services can be browsed through the comprehensive national application “Tawakkalna” with greater smoothness and comfort, and learn about the technologies provided by the application that facilitate access to these services, by downloading the application through “Google Play” and “Apple App Store”.

Tawakkalna

“Tawakkalna” is a mobile application developed by the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA) for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It was launched during the COVID-19 pandemic to provide digital health services, including proof of vaccination status and permits for movement during curfews. The app’s name, which translates to “We Have Relied [on God],” reflects a cultural expression of faith and became a central tool for managing public health and safety.

Saudi Vision 2030

Saudi Vision 2030 is a strategic framework launched in 2016 to reduce Saudi Arabia’s dependence on oil, diversify its economy, and develop public service sectors such as health, education, infrastructure, recreation, and tourism.
