“Meta” has offered “a significant number” of “OpenAI” employees incentives exceeding one hundred million dollars if they agree to join, to enhance the teams specialized in generative artificial intelligence, as announced by the CEO of “OpenAI”.
In addition to these amounts, the major social media company offered more than one hundred million dollars as an annual salary for each engineer who wishes to join, as mentioned in an interview within the “Unchained” podcast.
“It’s crazy. I’m very happy because none of our senior employees have decided to accept the offer yet,” he said, noting that “Microsoft” has reached out to “many”.
“Meta” has not commented on this information.
