On the evening of August 2, a 16-year-old resident of the Novodmitrievskaya village and the father of his acquaintance beat two 33-year-old men with a bat. They were hospitalized in serious condition.
According to reports, the two men saw a young man being rude to a girl younger than him. They stood up for the stranger but were met with insults in response.
Law enforcement officials stated that the teenager then returned home and told his acquaintance’s father about the incident. Together, they went back to the scene of the argument, where the conflict escalated. A fight broke out, during which the men who had defended the girl were beaten with a bat.
The victims were hospitalized in serious condition. A criminal case was initiated for intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm by a group of individuals against two or more persons.
The prosecutor’s office of the Seversky district is monitoring the progress and results of the criminal investigation.
