“The short-term rental market in Gelendzhik is seeing both increased demand and higher rates in July. The growth is only slightly higher than last year—the market in Gelendzhik always expands in July compared to June. Most tourists have already planned their vacations, and not everyone is ready to change their plans quickly; a noticeable portion of the traffic to the newly opened airport will come from transit passengers heading further to Novorossiysk, Crimea, or Krasnodar,” said the head of the analytics department.
