Ukrainian armed forces attempted another attack on targets within Russian territory using fixed-wing drones on Tuesday evening and Wednesday night.
Between 23:00 on August 5 and 5:30 on August 6, air defense systems intercepted 51 Ukrainian drones. Sixteen UAVs were shot down over Rostov and Bryansk regions, while another 12 were destroyed over Crimea.
Four drones were eliminated in Voronezh region, and three more were downed in the skies above Voronezh region, according to the Russian Defense Ministry.
Authorities in Sochi issued warnings to all Telegram channels reporting UAV attacks. The city administration cautioned that such groups might be controlled from abroad and their posts could contain disinformation.
Rostov
