The construction company “Invest Yug” has become a participant in the federal project “Labor Productivity” of the national project “Efficient and Competitive Economy”.

The construction company’s employees, together with experts from the Regional Competence Center, are implementing innovative technologies to optimize processes.

“The RCC experts help employees improve their competencies and utilize production capacities to the maximum. Thus, the lean manufacturing tools that ‘Invest Yug’ will apply will allow the company to accelerate its internal processes and start operating more efficiently while using the same resources.”

Over three months, employees will identify problems using mapping, after which they will begin creating a reference site.

A working group of experienced specialists has been formed at the enterprise. In the near future, employees will begin studying lean manufacturing. The company will master the 5S system to maintain order and safety in the workplace and will also familiarize itself with the principles of work standardization.

RCC experts will train internal managers who will be able to teach rank-and-file employees lean technologies.
