In total, over the fall, the cost has increased by more than one ruble, which is quite significant when filling up several dozen liters in the tank. The regional government has not commented on the situation, but earlier authorities repeatedly emphasized that they do not influence pricing and that all questions should be directed to the Federal Antimonopoly Service, where they are checking the justification for the fuel price increase.
Globally, the issue of gasoline prices is currently being addressed at the federal level. Additional measures aimed at stabilizing the market are being developed. This is stated in the Russian government’s message following meetings conducted by Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak.
– The Deputy Prime Minister noted that the situation is generally stable at the moment. The ban on fuel exports remains in place. A number of additional measures aimed at stabilizing the market are also being developed.
As part of implementing the directive, a model for monitoring gasoline prices based on consumer activity has been developed. This will allow tracking price dynamics in different regions and consumption volumes, enabling prompt responses to the situation, the government noted.
During a working trip to Moscow, the Governor of Khabarovsk Krai met with the head of the Independent Oil and Gas Company. The key topic of negotiations was ensuring stable supplies of motor fuel to the region. Issues regarding the construction of two gas stations in remote areas of the region: Sovetskaya Gavan and Verkhnebureinsky, technical re-equipment of the oil depot in Sovetskaya Gavan, and reconstruction of a gas station in Nikolaevsk-on-Amur were also discussed. The total investment by the company will amount to more than one billion rubles.
