Agricultural industry leaders can participate in the “Agribusiness Leaders” competition. The selection process began on Wednesday, October 8th.
Applications can be submitted on the presidential platform until November 9th. The competition is being conducted following instructions from the President of Russia, with assistance from the Russian Ministry of Agriculture. The authorities intend to support promising leaders in the agricultural industry.
The competition is based on best practices and methodology from the country’s largest management project – “Leaders of Russia”.
“Eight years ago, on the initiative of the President, the ‘Leaders of Russia’ competition was launched, which has proven its effectiveness as a social elevator and became a platform for identifying the country’s strongest managers. We are now scaling this experience to key economic sectors,”
The competition is open to adult managers with at least 2 years of management experience and background in the agricultural industry. Participants will need to complete registration, a remote stage, computer testing, and the final round. The project is available not only to Russian citizens but also to foreigners.
Winners will receive training for senior management at the “Senezh” management workshop, and all finalists will be able to participate in a mentoring program.
