Heavy rains brought by a thunderstorm have caused flooding on a number of roads in Metro Manila.

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) said the affected roads were the following:

According to the thunderstorm advisory, intense to torrential rain showers with lightning and strong winds were being experienced in Metro Manila (Caloocan, Quezon City, Malabon, San Juan, Mandaluyong, Valenzuela, Las Piñas, and Parañaque), Cavite (Bacoor, General Emilio Aguinaldo, Maragondon, Magallanes, Indang, Amadeo, Silang, Trece Martires, Naic, and Tanza), Quezon (Tagkawayan, Lopez, Guinayangan, Calauag, Tiaong, and San Antonio), Rizal (Antipolo), Batangas (Laurel), Bulacan (Calumpit, Pulilan, Plaridel, Malolos, Paombong, and Hagonoy), Pampanga (Apalit), and Zambales (Candelaria, Masinloc, Cabangan, and Botolan).

These weather conditions could continue for up to two hours and may impact surrounding areas.
