Motorists will have to pay more for petroleum products this week, as retailers on Monday announced another round of upward adjustments following the rollbacks in the past week.

Below are advisories from the companies that have released advisories for pump price adjustments so far, on a per liter basis:

Seaoil Philippines Corp.

  • Gasoline: + 0.30 pesos
  • Diesel: + 5.77 pesos
  • Kerosene: + 8.10 pesos

Shell Pilipinas Corp.

  • Gasoline: + 0.30 pesos
  • Diesel: + 4.85 pesos
  • Kerosene: + 4.75 pesos

The adjustments will take effect at 6 a.m. on Tuesday, June 9.

Other firms have yet to make similar announcements for the week.

An oil industry source earlier projected this week, citing the stalled diplomacy talks and the prolonged supply disruption following the suspension of negotiations on the peace deal in the Middle East.

Retailers last week per liter by a minimum of 4.76 pesos for gasoline, 9.26 pesos for diesel, and 10.86 pesos for kerosene.
