The Department of Justice has found enough evidence to file charges against Gong Wen Li, alias Kelly, in connection with the abduction and killing of businessman Anson Que and his driver Armanie Pabillo.
After the preliminary investigation by the National Prosecution Service, the DOJ issued a resolution directing the filing of two counts of kidnapping for ransom with homicide against Kelly.
Anson Que’s son, Alvin, was cleared due to insufficient evidence linking him to the case.
The resolution has also recommended that the respondents, Yuan Haohua, Yuan Fanquiang, and Lee Hsiao Ting be referred to the PNP-Anti-Cybercrime Group for case build-up for violation of the Anti–
