On March 1, Liaoning Province and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC) held a working consultation meeting in Beijing. The meeting aimed to thoroughly implement the guiding principles of the important speech delivered at the symposium on promoting the full revitalization of Northeast China in the new era, foster integrated development between central state-owned enterprises (SOEs) and Liaoning, accelerate the construction of a modern industrial system, and jointly advance the comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China and Liaoning to better serve national major strategies.
The leaders expressed heartfelt gratitude for SASAC’s long-term support and guidance in Liaoning’s revitalization and development. Over the past year, SASAC has driven stable growth in the economic performance of central SOEs, accelerated the implementation of SOE reforms, expanded modern industrial layouts, strengthened scientific and technological innovation outputs, and resolutely served national major strategies, making significant contributions. Central SOEs have deepened cooperation with Liaoning, with increasing investments and a series of major projects commencing construction, injecting strong momentum into Liaoning’s revitalization and playing a pivotal role in achieving the “four major transformations” and securing initial victories in the three-year action for comprehensive revitalization.
