The “Yokosuka Kaikoku Fireworks Festival,” scheduled for October 5, will begin accepting reservations for “general sponsor viewing seats” starting August 1, as announced by the Yokosuka Tourism Association and the city.
According to the association, the viewing seats will consist of 2,460 pipe chairs set up in Umikaze Park (Heisei-cho, Yokosuka) as a gesture of appreciation to sponsors. The sponsorship fee per seat is ¥4,500 for applications submitted by August 31 and ¥5,000 from September 1 to October 4. Tickets can be purchased at multi-copy machines installed in Seven-Eleven stores.
