Kashiwa came from behind to win. After trailing 0-1 in the 26th minute of the first half, Kakita equalized. In the second half, playing with a numerical advantage, they scored three more goals. In the 28th minute, Nakama scored, followed by Hosoya in the 32nd minute. During stoppage time, Hosoya controlled a floating ball and struck it home with his right foot. Kawasaki suffered from Uremovich’s sending off.
