This is information regarding the automatic renewal for the 2026/27 season of “SOCIO (Season Ticket)” and “OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP.”

For those who requested automatic renewal when applying for the 2025 season, and who have not yet completed the application process for the “Centennial League + 2026/27 Season (1.5 seasons),” you will be subject to automatic renewal for the 2026/27 season. Please be sure to review this information.

*Customers who have already enrolled for the combined 1.5 seasons (Centennial League + 2026/27 season) will not be automatically renewed and do not need to take any additional steps.

*Customers who enrolled in BIGFLAMES PREMIUM for the 2025 season but have not enrolled in the OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP for the Centennial League + 2026/27 season are not eligible for this automatic renewal and will need to apply on their own. Additionally, please note that BIGFLAMES PREMIUM for the 2026/27 season has already reached capacity, so there will be no recruitment.

Method 1: Check your 2025 season “Application Completion Email.”
Method 2: Log in to the “Automatic Renewal Confirmation/Change Page” with your J.League ID.
*If you can log in, you are eligible for automatic renewal. If you cannot log in, you are not eligible.
*If you have multiple J.League IDs, please log in using the J.League ID linked to your SOCIO number or OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP membership number.

Regarding SOCIO Automatic Renewal Procedure

The following actions can be performed on the “Automatic Renewal Confirmation/Change Page”:
1. Confirm registered details (seat type, seat number, etc.)
2. Change whether to issue a SOCIO card (excluding U-12 and U-18)
3. Change credit card information
*If you wish to change your seat number while keeping the same seat type, you will need to cancel the automatic renewal and apply for renewal yourself.
*For those who applied for U-18 or U-12 tickets in the 2025 season but will no longer qualify for those categories in the 2026/27 season, the ticket type will automatically be changed to adult or U-18 tickets.
*For those wishing to be on the “Pair Seat Waiting List,” the “Automatic Renewal Confirmation/Change Page” does not have a “Request Field.” Please contact us with your SOCIO number, name, and desired request.

Regarding OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP Various Memberships Automatic Renewal Procedure

*Customers who enrolled in BIGFLAMES PREMIUM for the 2025 season but have not enrolled in the OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP for the Centennial League + 2026/27 season are not eligible for this automatic renewal and will need to apply on their own. *For those who applied for the U-18 course in the 2025 season but will no longer be eligible for the U-18 category in the 2026/27 season, the course will automatically be changed to the Regular course.
