During the voting on the fiscal year’s general account supplementary budget approved at the regular Sapporo City Council meeting on the 6th, the first to third factions voted in favor. However, regarding expenses related to the construction of “MICE facilities” – venues for large-scale international conferences and exhibitions – other factions opposed or abstained in succession.
