A collision occurred between a motorcycle and a passenger car on National Route 333 in Engaru Town, Hokkaido, leaving the male motorcycle rider in critical condition and unconscious.

Just before 11:00 AM, a motorcycle traveling from Engaru Town toward Kamikawa Town collided with a passenger car coming from the opposite direction.
As a result of the accident, the male motorcycle rider is unconscious and in critical condition.
The male driver of the passenger car was also injured but is conscious and his injuries are not life-threatening.
The scene was described as a gentle curve with one lane in each direction. Police are investigating the circumstances at the time, suspecting that one of the vehicles may have crossed into the opposite lane.
