An investigation into the case where teachers in Nagoya shared secretly taken images of children on social media has revealed that 33 tips were received.

“There were no tips that immediately called for police investigation or tips directly related to (the problematic group).”
Of the tips, 27 came from teaching staff and 6 came from facility staff such as child consultation centers.
Following the incident where teachers in Nagoya shared secretly taken images of children on social media, the investigation committee had called for information from all teaching staff in the city regarding whether they had witnessed or heard of any suspicious behavior or sexually inappropriate remarks.
Among the tips, there were several related to specific cases, and detailed hearings with the informants are planned for the future.
