The Mayor of South Tangerang (Tangsel), Benyamin Davnie, stated that Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) can fill structural positions within the Tangsel City Government.
“PPPK employees still have the opportunity to advance their careers up to structural positions, and the regulations are already in place. They just need to follow the rules to qualify,” he said on Thursday, July 10, 2025.
Regarding PPPK salaries, Benyamin confirmed that funds have been prepared and payments will be made this year. “We have already allocated their salaries for this year,” he added.
When asked about the Employee Identification Numbers (NIP) for PPPK employees, Benyamin explained that the process is still in the proposal and verification stage, though some have already been issued.
“The process is ongoing, but some NIPs have already been issued,” he noted.
Previously, South Tangerang Mayor Benyamin Davnie inaugurated 6,139 first-stage PPPK employees at the Rajawali 1 Field, Arhanud Battalion, Pakulonan Village, North Serpong District.
